Salzburg doesn't have enough public pool/sauna opportunities relative to serve its population size. That sucks particularly much for people who can't deal with crowds.
This site tracks Paracelsus' officially advertised occupancy and does statistical analysis to help plan good times for a visit if you don't want to be turned away at the door, or even if you just want it to be less busy. Made by an annoyed regular, for other annoyed regulars, as a public service with no exploitation or profit.
